5. Purchases and Payments

If a product or service includes recurring billing, you may cancel future billing according to the instructions provided through the relevant platform or payment provider. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund for prior payments, partial periods or unused access.
7. Payment Plans
If you purchase a mentorship, course, community membership, consultation package or other offering through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to products, services, coaching, community access or related materials.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled after partial use unless cancellation rights are expressly provided in writing.
8. Consultation Calls
If you book a 1:1 consultation call, you are responsible for attending the call at the scheduled time.
Payments for consultation calls are final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be denied.
Missed calls, late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
9. Mentorship Programs
Mentorship programs may include personalized coaching, strategy, accountability, calls, feedback, resources or other support.
Enrollment in a mentorship program requires reserved coaching capacity, preparation and planning. Payments made for mentorship programs are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to attend calls, complete assignments, participate, implement guidance or use the resources provided does not qualify for a refund.
10. Community Guidelines
If you join a community operated by 405 Management LLC through Jon Davis, Attraction OS or related offerings, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.
You may not:
