This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased through this website, Jon Davis, Attraction OS and any related offerings operated by 405 Management LLC.
For purposes of this Refund Policy, “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to 405 Management LLC. Jon Davis and Attraction OS are brands, names or offerings operated by 405 Management LLC.
When you purchase any course, community membership, mentorship program, consultation call, digital product or related service through this website, you are purchasing from 405 Management LLC.
Our products and services are designed to provide education, strategy, guidance and support for men seeking to improve their dating life, confidence, lifestyle, social skills and personal development.
Because these offerings may include immediate access to digital materials, community access, reserved coaching capacity, personalized feedback and live consultation services, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Course and Community Access
All purchases for the Attraction OS course and community are final once access has been granted.
Because members receive access to digital lessons, frameworks, community discussions, educational materials and related resources, refunds are not provided due to change of mind, lack of participation, unused access, failure to complete the material or dissatisfaction based on individual outcomes.
If your course or community access is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel future billing according to the instructions provided through the relevant platform or payment provider. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund for prior payments, partial billing periods or unused access.
Mentorship Programs
Payments made for mentorship programs are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Mentorship involves reserved coaching capacity, preparation, planning, direct access, personalized strategy and ongoing support. For that reason, refunds are not provided once enrollment is confirmed.
Failure to attend scheduled calls, complete assigned work, participate in the mentorship, use the resources provided or implement guidance does not qualify for a refund.
Consultation Calls
Payments for consultation calls are final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a consultation call, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be denied.
Missed calls, late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
All purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, recordings or other digital resources are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way physical products can, so refunds are not provided for downloaded, accessed or delivered materials.
No Guaranteed Results
405 Management LLC provides education, coaching, frameworks, feedback and strategic guidance through Jon Davis, Attraction OS and related offerings.
We do not guarantee specific dating outcomes, relationship outcomes, personal transformation results, social media growth, follower growth, financial results, fitness results or any other specific outcome.
Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, implementation, personal circumstances, social environment, habits, communication skills, timing and other factors outside our control.
Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee any particular result.
Payment Plans
If you purchase a mentorship, course, community membership or other offering through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to products, services, coaching, community access or related materials.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled after partial use unless cancellation rights are expressly provided in writing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first at jon@jondavis.io so we can review the matter.
By purchasing any product or service from 405 Management LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was validly made and delivered according to this policy.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any products, services, community, coaching or materials in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment or suspected misuse.
Exceptional Circumstances
405 Management LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Any exception granted in one instance does not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
